Dear Valued Doggett Customer:

All Doggett locations will continue to operate during this pandemic because our business—keeping those involved in construction, forestry, transportation, logistics, and distribution up and running—is designated as essential by the United States Department of Homeland Security, and has been approved to continue operations in each of our markets.

Your health and the health of our teams are our top priority. Please note the changes that we have made are with everyone’s safety in mind.

Social Distancing

If you visit one of our locations, you will see signage requiring all employees and visitors to maintain a safe social distance of at least six feet between people. We have put this policy in place to comply with local and federal regulations and to keep everyone safe.

Facilities

We have worked with our management team and cleaning personnel to develop best practices for cleaning all surfaces. Throughout the day, we have procedures in place to thoroughly and continuously disinfect all locations with CDC-approved solutions. Please pardon any disruption our enhanced cleaning efforts may cause but know that we are doing it for your safety and that of our team. We request visitors and employees make liberal use of the hand sanitizer we have provided throughout each of our facilities.

Leadership

Our leadership team continuously assesses the evolving situation and recommended guidelines. If you have recently visited any Doggett location or have been in contact with any of our personnel and are exhibiting symptoms of the virus, awaiting test results, or have received a positive test, please contact us at humanresources@doggett.com.

Equipment Sanitation

Our technicians are committed to the safety and sanitation of your equipment. Technicians in both the shop and field will use a CDC-recommended solution to wipe down door and grab handles, control panels, knobs, levers, switches, and any area they deem necessary before and after they service your equipment, and wear disposable gloves during this procedure. We are undertaking this measure for the safety of your employees and our technicians.

Customer Service

Our key focus is to continue providing uninterrupted, excellent service to our customers as they are relying on maximum uptime. These are challenging times and it’s certainly not business as usual. We have limited certain business travel; however, all locations remain open for walk-in business at a safe social distance, and the service and parts departments (including field service) are fully operational to support you.

You can always limit your social interaction by calling ahead to help us facilitate your order(s). Please refrain from visiting our facility if you are exhibiting any symptoms of the virus (fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose). Should you need to send someone who has been recently been sick, has been in contact with someone ill, please call before arriving to have a member of our team assist you without direct contact.
